Bookings And

Any written statement made directly or through an agent
constitutes a valid booking. All tour/excursions conducted by Mkuu Tours are under the
following conditions:

A deposit of 20 per cent of the tour/package cost
is required to validate the booking |
|
Any cancellation made 48 hours before comencing of
the actual tour/package will be charged 10 per cent of the deposit, while any cancellation
made within 48 hours before the comecing of the tour/package will be charged 75 per cent
of the cost of deposit |

While all the vehicles operated by Mkuu are under
general insurance cover, all clients must arrange their own personal insurance |
|
All personal effects are all the time the
client’s own risk. Mkuu does not accept liability, loss or damage |
|
Mkuu reserves the right to change the price of
tours/excursions in case of a change of exchange rate, accommodation tariffs, fuel costs
etc |
|
Mkuu has the right to sub-contract part or the
whole excursion/tour but if this is effected will all the time ensure the same quality of
services |
