ZANZIBAR is an archipelago of two sister islands namely Unguja

and Pemba, lying in East African Coast, 35 km. Off Tanzania

and Kenya. As near the Equator the climate is tropical with

sunny days for most of the year. The islands are part of the

United Republic of Tanzania. In the year 2000 the population

is estimated at 800000 people. The residents of the islands

are a mixture of different ethnical background, including

Africa, Arabs, Indian, Persian etc..
